Disadvantages:

1 The windows overlook a street with one-way, single-lane, but very active traffic, cars can wake you up as early as 7 am.

2 The left wall dividing the apartments in the kitchen is wooden (in the living rooms there are ordinary ones) and with an unused door to our apartment.

3 The rooms are adjacent.

4 It is usually hot in winter, since the heating pipes of the neighbor below also go through part of the apartment, but several tenants have already been satisfied with this at about +7 outside.

5 Probably poor soundproofing of the walls (we did not do noise and sound insulation during the renovation, but in old houses it is better than in new ones, as we understand).

6 The disassembled sofa takes up almost the entire hall, preventing access to the bathroom.

7 The kitchen is a grandma's renovation.
